Went to the skatepark with my kid, I was doing really well - landed some kickflips, a few grinds and thought I was the coolest dad in the world until I fell over and dislocated my shoulder! The feeling was disgusting, I hobbled back over to a bench and luckily my shoulder popped back in by itself. I've never broken / dislocated anything before
I've got ibuprofen and will rest it, we'll see!

Ah man that sucks. Thanks - Luckily I don't think it was a full dislocation that involved pulling muscles too much etc. It popped itself back in after about 15 seconds. I'll keep it in a sling for a few days and won't do anything too strenuous for a while. Probably miss the next round and use my 2 drop results.
