Get well soon fella, hope to see the Lexus flying around again soon.

Im sorry but the lap 1 mess was completly avoidable. think I am gonna start from the pit lane next race
I understand lap 1 is hard, but over an hour race it’s better to survive the first lap then have a shunt! You can literally lose the time you gain on lap 1 on pit entry/stop or battleing another driver. Over the hour the grid will sort it self out in terms of pace and consistency. Not on the first lap though just my experience.

I was worried this might happen on this track, one small tap and it sets off a chain reaction.

I had a quick look and to my eyes it was just unfortunate. IMO that was the game's fault for being so crap at handling side by side contact. No way the cars should behave like billiard balls at door to door contact like that. No one's fault, just a touch of overstreer on the exit kerb - the car nextdoor was close and got a tap then the game decided to tangle them together and fired one car into orbit onto the grass and he couldn't stop...chaos follows because there is no where to go.

Don't get me wrong, avoidable in hindsight - but all crashes are.

I think I unfortunately came of the worse, I was even rotated 180 degrees, 25 second damage and couldn't take any corners.

Just to also mention, please be more patient don't just drive through the cars in front to get going lol

Thanks for waiting Brook, but I just couldn't keep it on the track and had to pit.

When i finally came out the pits position 1 to 3 went past and i just knew all i had to do was drive for 55 mins and keep increasing the time from the guy behind until he pitted and see where i end up.

20 mins to go and my tyres were toast just not holding grip and struggling to keep it in the 37s from that point on.

I still enjoyed it but i was so close to call it

Thanks for the race guys and congrats to @SwannyUK for the win. I lost connection during practice, but no further issues in Q or the race. I had some interesting battles, but erred on the side of caution. A well timed pit-stop gained me a place, which is a new experience for me. I can make the next race, but unfortunately not the last 2 races...3 out of 8 is not bad I suppose ;)

Hello Harry, my apologies for crashing you. I had a look at our incident. In front of us happened a crash and both of us were hard on the brake. You turned in and there was no chance for me to avoid the collision. I was already full on the brake. During the race I thought it was not my fault but I'm open to read other opinions. What do you think? Screenshots are attached to see what was going on.

It’s not you fault mate. It was the carnage ahead was the issue

You were in my mirror during many laps and you were really really consistent, which put pressure on me  and then I wanted to leave space to Sebastalona as he was fast as a rocketship, but I made a little mistake, you overtook me, and then I couldn't follow you as you still were consistent and I started struggling with tyres  Well played mate :)

Honestly don’t worry, I backed off loads becuase I saw the car on the grass wasn’t slowing down and was going to come fly onto the track and I didn’t want to get torpedoed by him
Why did I think that was you? I was aware he was on the grass but everything for me looked fine and I was ready to get the cheese sandwiches out the hamper and settle in, then I seen his front door in my windscreen.

If there was a way I could somehow be informed of an incident in the opening lap involving say 30% of the field I could pull over and say red flag and restart the race. Other than everyone involved typing RED in the chat and then me making a judgment call I don't know how else to manage that.
