To be technical about it ( and a bit NeNeNENEE):
differently from the Shopping Trolly with the Mazdas you can actually be on the throttle MOST OF THE TIME, dear Han:p
That will also shave of some of your laptime:p:rolleyes:;)
(But uses a lot mor DinoJuice)

(Must be gone) Carsten

Se above! I'm not kidding. With the 1 liter with the pitstop I had 0,2 liter left after 17 laps (I thought it would be 16). I guess you just have to drive as slow as I.
I also don't know what happen with fuel :O_o:
Did my math, always rounding things up and the result was 33, but midway through I noticed something was off....
Luckily I manually added 2 extra liters when pitting otherwise I would've also ended up stranded somewhere.

I had fun, it was a good race from everyone.
Some incidents here and there but that's all part of the show.
I liked the track, and I actually enjoyed the chicanes. The only thing I did not like was that uphill area where my ND just died every single lap :poop:

Welcome to all the rookies and I hope you have enjoyed it as much as I did and that we see you again on track soon

Thanks a lot for this event !
Like the first one on the Nurb, I absolutely loved it, this time I was the hunted. Really fun and I'll soon be a premium member :)

PS : I think I know what happened with those skins, I am 2 times on the scoreboard, P1 & P8, and P8 is my Alpine mate (@Aietoun). He had Pierre Gasly's skin why I had none, there had been a confusion I believe. Mystery (maybe) solved ! Anyway, better race ending for Alpine today than previous Sunday :whistling:

i would have needed 38L to do 17 laps, thats the last time i listen to you han:laugh:.
Same here Jason, I was going with 38+1 but Han was so convincing ...........rookie mistake:D.

Good fun while it lasted though, just a couple of observations, Carsten already pointed out the qualifying, I fell foul of some of the new guys racing like it was the last lap during qualifying, 20 minutes is plenty of time to get a lap in and not ruin other peoples laps and the second thing was in the race, some of the Cup cars overtaking where it wasn’t really on. With multi class the faster cars will easily get by on the straights so just wait a bit in the chicanes and hairpins guys and everyone can have a smooth race.

Well done podiums, thanks Han for setting this up and hopefully some of the new guys will become regulars on Wednesdays.

Well done to the new guys, hope you enjoyed the race and are keen for more. :)

Finished p3 in class despite this being my first time in the low powered Mazda, arriving at the scene of the t3 crashes, crashing when I was trying to tighten my desk clamp and having a couple of offs at a chicane. I benefitted from some getting stuck in the scenery and some people falling for Han's fuel trick :)

Consider me Premium too mate, really enjoyed the race despite absolutely ****ing everything up at the start but it was fun to climb back

see you all on thursday for next round !
Excellent! I will create an Emperor account and send you the credentials via PM.

Despite leading once again in dust ups and finishing last I do feel like I had a much cleaner and more consistent race this week. “Only” finished 2 laps down of some of the leaders and 1 down from most of the field. Had to do a drive through because I rolled the start; apparently my clutch can’t be depressed 100%, probably due to dirt, so as soon as I went into gear I crept forward a bit.

Apologies to anyone I made contact with, especially to the gent that found me sitting on the apex in one of the chicanes… I found myself on the wall there as a pack was approaching and didn’t feel like I could reverse out of there. Should have said something on the radio.

Still lots to work on but having fun! Thanks everyone.

Hy Matt,

Good to see you had fun ;)

For a better experience you could have a look at the replay and hopp onboard with on of the faster drivers
or do so in a online practice session.

When you try to replicate the lines go slow at first until you know how to place your car at corner entry so that you track out all the way when going on the throttle.

About the clutch, that mishap happened to most of us, to avoid define a top deadzone in AC or your pedal software.

See you on track Carsten

Nice race guys for me first race with 40 minutes of Race, I apologize if I unintentionally damaged someone but I'm learning to stay on the track with others as I come from the world of Rally (Dirt RALLY 2.0) and I run them alone against the time without damage to anyone THANKS to EVERYONE and congratulations for the organization and with my friend PIERO MAFFI who invited me to this event we will come and do others.......GO GO GO
