Best Customer Support Ever

Last weekend the spring of my 9 year old Heusinkveld Pro Pedals broke, searching online to find a suitable replacement spring I kept going round in circles so I thought I'll just ask Heusinkveld directly what they would recommend and/or what the exact specs were off the spring. Mind you this was Sunday afternoon. Within 2 hours I received an email that said they could just send me a replacement spring for the clutch as well as (since I asked if the gas pedal spring was different) a replacement one for the gas pedal. Today early morning I received an official support order for 0 euro and later that day received confirmation it would be shipped.

I am 51 years old and all my life I have never ever experienced such dedicated customer service ever especially not in retail. So if you are wondering why Heusinkveld and you look at some rando AliExpress pedals, remember this. Lots of big corporations can learn a lesson.
 
Once I broke the connector of my HE handbrake by bending it by accident. I told them what happened and sent me a new connector for free, saving my handbrake. They definitelly have gained a reputation with the way they behave with its customers, an example to follow.
 
There are countless stories of such experiences. I have had several positive interactions with HE support as well. These types of gestures build a loyal and long term customer base, and why I will continue to use them in my sim racing adventures long term.

I broke an elastomer on my heusinkveld pro’s, wrote to them wanting to buy a replacement. Instead they sent me a new set for free, great customer service!
