  • Automatic Home calibration on power up or hot plug re-connection
  • Protection from exceeding physical limits of the actuator
  • Optional Platform Health check, to ensure all actuators are active during gaming.
  • Additional hardware Spike Filter to handle crashes in racing without lose details in motion.
  • Smoothing filter for the servomotors to minimize vibration and noise on the actuators.
  • External safety controls like e-stop and force offline switches and buttons.
It will allow to set the following parameters to match your actuators:
  • Adjustable stroke from 10mm to 2500mm
  • Adjustable screw lead Pitch, 4mm, 5mm, 10mm or 25mm advance per revolution
  • Adjustable direction for Inline or Foldback placement of servomotor
  • Optional selection of belt reduction ratios (1:1, 1:1.5, 1:2) for foldback actuators.
  • Also supports rotary actuators with planetary or worm gearboxes.
  • Definition of rotary actuators in angles and optional external limit switch.

After activation of bootloader mode, the previous firmware is erased, making space for new firmware. Using the reset button has no effect, until you reload the firmware.

Hi everyone, my name is Angel. I have some questions. Currently I have a SFX100 system and I use it with SimFeedBack and Aduino controller, 100% SFX100 project. I want to expand the project with a Traction Loss system and who knows if a belt tension system later on. That means that today I have to make another Arduino and modify many things in profiles etc... and I'm not very computer-savvy Question: If I buy the Thanos AMC - RGB Controller (V1.4) can I add the 5th actuator for the TL and configure it with SimRacingStudio? without more? Thank you

Are you asking if you can use just one actuator (TL) on SRS? Sure. But if you switch to Thanos controller why not connect the rest of the SFX-100 actuators on it? Using SRS along Simfeedback is possible for some games that use UDP, but shared memory games can only work with one motion software at the time. Also you could attach a simple AASD servo based belt tensioner on port 6 or port 7 of the Thanos controller and use it with SRS. Just select the type of platform in the setup of SRS and it will enable it.
