Are we using the usual server Denis? I ask because last Thursday no matter what I tried I could not get on to race. Have just tested this combo all fine. I know it's working perfectly now ,as I'm really slow and don't know my way around the place. Lol.

Yes Paul same server.

It may have been that you had an older version of track or car installed.
This can sometimes happen if you have old server mods installed I think.
If you wanna keep previous versions of tracks or cars, server mods is the way to do it but I would uninstall them.
That way they won't interfere with joining a server.

Of course this is just my understanding of the situation. I think Ole told me that old server mods don't interfere.... or shouldn't, but in my experience it makes sense to keep your install as clean as possible.

Sorry we weren't on the forum to help out on Thursday. You've done the right thing this week though, by checking that you can join well in advance. That allows time for any wrinkles to be ironed out. A reminder there for all of us I reckon. We've all done it.
